We can definitely "Change the World" through ministry in song and it starts with believing the words we sing and knowing the God we sing about. Every time we open our mouths to give praise and glory to our God, we are exalting the Savior. Jesus said, "If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me." We want to continue to encourage spiritual growth in the lives of our choir members so that we can be more effective in music ministry.

It is the mission of the Macedonia Baptist Church Music Ministry to praise, edify, glorify and uplift God through music and dance. Committing ourselves to be vessels, led by God and to embrace the vision and direction God has given our pastor.

It is our goal to aid in setting a spiritual pace and tone for the worship services. We aim to get the congregation ready to receive the preached word. The choir and musicians are charged to magnify the Lord and  minister to the congregation at all services.

It is also our goal to train and develop talented members of the music ministry for service to enhance the music program at our church.

We will… 

Be committed  to the spiritual growth of members of Macedonia Baptist Church by offering a variety of auxiliaries , special project, bible studies, discipleship studies and programs for members to be a part of and participate in and expand their walk with the Lord.
 Equip the saints through sound Bible teaching and fellowship.
 Introduce people to Jesus Christ, and help them grow to be more like Him and then to reproduce the process in others.
 Exhibit Godly character by working together in unity (Phil. 2:1-11)

  Strive to reach out to women who do not know Christ.

 Improve our ministry efforts and get a wider view of our area of ministry through education, training, conferences and Bible Study.

This year we want to see God transform our women's ministry by maturing the women of Macedonia to: seek God, pray more, worship more passionately and witness more effectively.

    Become more involved  in the entire life of the Church.

    Take a LEADing role in training our youth especially our young men.

    Assist with the acclimation process of new male members.

 Our vision for Men’s Ministry is to see men take their rightful place in the church. 

    We want to be true watchman being led by the Holy Spirit.

    We lead from the front. 

    We want our MBC Men to be God fearing men of God not having, our own agenda, but leading to build, grow and enhance our church

Introduce the Youth of Macedonia to the loving plan of salvation and encourage them to accept Jesus Christ into their hearts.

      Nurture spiritual growth and development through a personal relationship with Jesus, a daily study of God’s word, a lifestyle of prayer and a commitment to worship services.

      Motivate the Youth to share the good news of the gospel and invite their peers to come to know and experience God.

      Instruct the Youth to allow God to use their individual spiritual gifts and talents for His Glory.

      Urge the Youth to participate in mission opportunities, via community outreach, nursing home visitations, volunteering at local food banks and homeless shelters, etc.

      Teach the Youth the importance of time-management, which will help them balance home, school, church, work, etc.

      Encourage Youth Ministry leaders to live by example, displaying the characteristics of Jesus through their everyday lives.
